Super fresh food, rarely eaten so well. A great praise for the kitchen.

In the After Easter week we tried the camper dinner with Holzer's traditional house. For “fast over readers”. Both the service and the quality of the food have convinced us. We – couple with 8 year old daughter – decided 2x for the Barbie duck and 1x for the rabbit lobe in the main course. After arrival at the parking lot you can call the restaurant. After choosing the menu start and the beverage order is already going on. The first gear (soup in the glass) comes with the drinks. A short Netter Plausch – Corona shape with mask and sufficient distance – in which the details of the main course are matched. The soup was delivered so hot that even after the chat it was still sufficiently hot. Day soup with awning – very tasty. Very nice we found that both glasses and porcelain were delivered. Not only is this more environmentally friendly but food tastes better from porcelain than on plastic. An electronic demand whether everything is OK and it tastes us may be uninhabited, but if the waitress doesn't see you, only this possibility remains. We felt it nice and not disturbing. The main course was supplied fresh and steaming in a heat container on plates with lid. The meat was very delicate and also the vegetables supplements were delicious. Even our 8-year-old daughter has almost cleaned up the entire main course. This long certainly not at the small portions but at the quality of the food. For us, the amount of portions was right. After a break it went to dessert. A dessert was alternatively delivered for allergens. This has been agreed with the pre-order and has worked excellently – without demand. The red wine cream was also very delicious and appealing in the glass. For me an espresso or coffee is included at the end of a good meal. Will this also work in a caravan dinner? A short message in the restaurant – no problem. The coffee was delivered in a small thermal pot with preheated cups. Excellent. Payment was made cashless on the caravan. Here again a short conversation between the guest. Conclusion: We found the food very delicious. The service was good and deserves in these times with the increased effort to deliver everything with the car instead of the tablet a special recognition. The delivery was always friendly and with the necessary instructions. The traditional house Holzers is more price-oriented than the average (personal opinion). However, as written quality and service are very good, this is all right. We'll be back in any case.
