We booked two weeks in advance, informed that one would be “vegetarian with fish”. The reservation was accepted without any further comment. When we arrived at the restaurant, we asked about the vegetarian menu, and it was confirmed that everything was ok. Since our arrival we have faced some unpleasant situations. There was no explanation about the menu, there was no aperitive and we had to wait very long to get a glass of wine. But the one that was most surprising was the vegetarian menu. For my husband who ordered the normal (non-vegetarian) menu, the first main course was served and surprisingly, nothing was served for me on the vegetarian menu. My husband questioned the chef and he said there was no first main course for the vegetarian. We did not get a clear answer why a vegetarian menu has no two main dishes and we decided to go. The chef told us that we did not understand the way of cooking We had to pay the full bill for a very disappointing diner.It is unbelievable that this restaurant has one Michelin star.

We were with you on Christmas day (second and j eating). it's wonderful if someone puts himself in the kitchen for strange people on such a day. it was an absolute pleasure! Today we are still warming from this great food. craftsmanship at absolute peak level! this day just tuned everything. also the service was always there for one, unobtrusive, but always an ohr at the guest! thank you for this beautiful day! we come back!

Great ambiente in the beautiful burg nideggen. tasty exclusive menu. finest ingredients selected, prepared, served and fed with great pleasure. we were served very nicely. it was a beautiful evening. we will be coming back

Today there was the best experience gastronomy for all senses. we had a menu in the star restaurant and were more than enthusiastic. an explosion of best cooking art with very high quality ingredients and up to the detailed lovingly designed tellers. it was a true eyewitness paired with an indescribable good joy of gale we are delighted. the ambiente was great, the service/personal was very good, attentive and very friendly. .and eating is very delicious. the needs of the guests will be addressed and good alternatives will be given, and we also liked that each course will be served on another. great fancy drinks all top! we are coming back

Despite beautiful views and mostly good kitchen a disappointment. this is mainly attributed to the tense and unfriendly staff. we were also calculated for something white bread, as well as the same total price for the menu was set in bill for a drop of dessert. even children and older persons were not shown here as joy or respect. next time, we will certainly opt for another local.
