Lido American Beach - NICOTERA

Been here 3 years ago. That time it was a wonderful restaurant, prime location, great food. Run by Giulio and his wonderful family. Now we came back. And it was still as great as three years ago. Giulio and his family still run the place. Even though at that time Giulio just came back from the Hospital, so they didn't serve meals. But I was glad that he came out of the Hospital well and hopefully he's still going strong now. We still came here every day. For a couple of nice and cold beers. Rented some chairs and an umbrella on the beach (just 8 Euros for everything) and enjoyed the days on the beach. Some more beers and cocktails. Our Bully was also welcome on the beach! Also came for breakfast for coffee, hot chocolate and some pastries. Always had a good chat with the family they remembered us from last time. They even shared some of their own lunches with us. Made us feel like part of the family. This is just a wonderful place. On the beach. In this charming small town. Lots of lovely people. Thinking about this restaurant just makes me smile. I miss the days here. We'll be back some day.
