Honeycomb is lamb with spinach. only the choice for dessert is a very nice type of cream-tart.

About 4 years ago we found this pearl looking for a place to lunch. it was the love of the first sight. george, the owner of vasiliki has a wonderful place with really domestic cuisine. no eating with floating oil or cooked/fried dishes. chips are always handmade. they are welcomed with some local starters of vasiliki. the menu depends on a season. for example, in December now there are wild mushrooms on grill and snails cooked in traditional Cypriot wise. it is a real place to lunch! it is always full, especially on Saturdays, so it is better to book a table. working time only at midday. closed on Sunday. many thanks for their service and good food!
Excellent small tavern that offers homemade food. it is hidden gem, which is also preferred by the natives.
Ive eaten at this place a handful of times on my visits to Nicosia. The locals that take me there swear it's the best Cypriot home-cooked food in the city. I find it to be nice. It's a very casual, humble environment and service.
