Resto-Bieres Le Thymbre - Nicolet

C'est toujours vraiment délicieux et le service est excellent. L'ambiance est le fun. Un beau resto!

After receiving a great recommendation from the woman at the Tourist Information, we decided to check out Le Thymbre. It was clear that we were in a predominantly French-speaking area, but fortunately, the friendly server was able to understand us, despite our limited high school French skills. I tried salmon tartare for the first time at this pub and it was absolutely delicious. The beer selection was also fantastic. Overall, a great dining experience.

L'endroit est un peu petit mais la nourriture est très bonne et bon choix de bières. Prix raisonnables. A visiter si vous êtes à Nicolet.

Excellent restaurant avec une belle terrasse, menu cuisiner avec de la bière. Ambiance agréable !!!!
