Cafe Bistro Montfort - Nicolet

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Montford, which is just a short walk from this Bistro where we had dinner. The hostess, Élise, was not only pleasant to meet but also surprised us later in the evening by showcasing her incredible talent on the piano and singing. Other patrons joined in the fun, creating a lively sing-a-long atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the chef personally recommended and explained the perfect wine pairings for our meal. Overall, I would highly recommend this Bistro to all my friends.

We are not from around here and this was our first fancy dinner of the trip. The atmosphere was really pleasant and the menu had a good selection of options.

Amazingly delicious - crispy on the outside and perfectly tender on the inside. The braised beef short rib was incredibly tender and full of flavor. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and flavorful, the ultimate comfort food. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
