County Fair Buffet Tioga Downs Casino Resort

We visited for lunch and had an excellent experience at a fair price. Our favorite dish was the Peanut Butter Pie. The server was friendly and attentive.

This was the worst buffet experience I've had, second only to Ponderosa, which is now out of business. The establishment was a complete mess. The food was at best mediocre; half of it was empty and not replenished, and what was available was cold and dry. The salad bar featured brown lettuce, and there were menu items listed that were nowhere to be found. Food was spilled all over the serving areas, and both the floors and tables were dirty. The health department would certainly have a field day here. To make matters worse, it cost a small fortune to eat, and we waited in line for over thirty minutes just to get in. I will never go back!

I visited the restaurant around 4:30 PM on Saturday and didn't have to wait long. The dinner food was delicious, but there were limited options in the dessert section. I found it a bit overpriced for what was available. On the plus side, I enjoyed the view of the racetrack.

Thursday night crab leg buffet has a long line and has not moved n the last 45 minutes because VIP PERSONS ARE 15-30 at a time and can cut in. Not worth $24.95 and any price . Never come unless you expect to wait over 1.5 hours as buffet closes at 8 pm. Arrve at 5 and you may get in at 7:45 before closed

Had a great time. Our waitress, Regina was awesome. It was a packed house and she was helpful and kind. So happy we had her as our waitress!!! Also we were sat by the crab legs and the lady handing out the crab legs was wonderful and even super nice to people that were cranky to her.
