Honestly when I first looked at my order it was a little disappointing … half of the cheese on my Baconator Fries weren’t melted and looked stale.The workers were also, ‘not hot’ and ‘too old.’ lolololjkBut forreal those fries really do suck.

First problem was when I got my drinks..one was the wrong size and wrong drink (totally diff color) sprite and coke shouldn’t be mistaken..so that was total lack of care or attention. Second problem was when I checked my sack and one of my fries weren’t the right size. After all that was taken care of I ran into a third problem at home when I went to eat which was a 6 piece spicy nugget that looked like they were overcooked (due to dark color) and also quality and temperature makes me certain they were cooked during lunch time but it was 10:30 soooo. They just can never get things right the first time anymore. Ridiculous

Used the app, the order had one item wrong and was missing SIX items I paid for. SIX. You basically robbed me. Get people who can count the items on the receipt and see if there are that many items in the bag. Simple stuff.When we told the person at the drive thru about the error, they told us we were wrong. Receipt showed we were correct. No apology. Still didn't give me my six missing items.
