Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Disappointing experience with our take-out order today. We ordered two box combos, but both were missing coleslaw. We understand mistakes happen, but when we returned to inform them, they only provided one coleslaw, not two. The staff's response left a lot to be desired, making us feel unvalued as customers. A simple apology would have gone a long way.

We went to Canes ordered 3 piece meals only had 2 small pieces and a crumb had to go back ask if we received it that way really for almost a 10 dollar meal that unacceptable canes called later that day said they would replace our meal send us something to make good on meal never received anything that's not good

The line outside wrapped around the building and it was moving at a decent pace, but I chose to go in to place my order and use the restroom. It was very clean and the cashier was very polite.

I get the same order every time I order from here and every time they get a little confused about how I ask for each of my combos to be which it’s really not that hard all I ask for is for 2 of the combos to have no slaw with toast instead and the other one to be with no fries or slaw just extra toast and usually when I get to the window I get asked to repeat it to make sure they have correctly made it right and this time they didn’t.It’s cold outside and I get that so I check my food before I go all the way home and it not be right and of course it’s wrong so I go back and let them know my order was incorrect but it’s not a big deal ill just pay for the extra toast and hopefully I’ll still have hott food when I make it home.So I get to the window and IM asked if IM the one that needs 2 pcs of toast i say yes and try to hand my card over to pay and am politely told it’s okay not to worry about it.Great ya know I now have what I ordered and didn’t have to pay extra.So I just decide for the HELL of it to check and see if it’s really got the 2 pcs of toast in it like it was supposed to have and how I was even asked if I was the one that needed the 2 pcs of toast and ya know what I still didn’t get it I literally got 1 pc and I think it was maybe cut in half or something but I’m usually not a complainer but if you ask me if I’m waiting for the 2 toast and then u literally still can’t get it right it’s just a little bit hard to not find it a little funny. I also started out with hott fresh food but it was ice cold and hardly even worth eating it after it took me an hour to finally get my order and make it home and I don’t live but 6-8 mins away…. This visit was not the best experience I have had in all the times I’ve been there

Picked my wife and daughter up from the airport and had our first Canes Awakening. Young man at the counter was very nice and the food was awesome.
