Movie Tavern Brannon Crossing

We have visited this restaurant before and truly enjoyed our experience. The food is great, and the reclining seats are fantastic. However, this time we had to order through an app, which was a nightmare to set up. It was especially inconvenient to try and place an order in the dark during the movie. I believe they should revert to having waitstaff and physical menus! Additionally, the prices are extremely high—$7.25 for a soda? That’s just outrageous! I'm very disappointed with the changes made since my last visit. Unfortunately, I have to say that tonight might be our last visit.

Humph.... So I have a mixed review on this one. So I haven't been to movie tavern since it was located on Richmond road in Lexington. Which was a while ago...(don't judge me) However, I do feel like the facility is nice the theater is very spaciousand the recliners are awesome!! My only complaint would be ordering on the app. It takes a while and then I wasn't able to ordercertain items and I had to go to the bar area to order. The wings that we ordered was pretty good they needed to be cooked alittle bit longer even after I put that on my special instructions they still wasn't. However they was edible. The loaded frieswere Great and the pepsi was good and strong.I will go back again and update this review hopefully the app will work better nexttime????????????????

I used to really love this theater when they had actual wait staff. Now, you have to order through an app, and they deliver your food to you (except for alcohol, which you need to buy separately in the lobby). It's a bit of an inconvenience compared to how it used to be. Additionally, food prices have increased significantly over the last two years. That said, it’s still the best and most comfortable theater to watch a movie in a 50-mile radius.

We hadn't been to The Movie Tavern since before the pandemic, but we finally had the chance to return and brought our daughter and her cousin along. We all loved the movie experience, and before it started, we ordered dinner, which was delivered to our seats at the requested time. The food was excellent! We had a wonderful time and can't wait for our next visit.

Clean, great price. Excellent staff and service. Cool movies. Always have a new theme or event going on. My family and I always enjoy coming here.
