Fazoli's - Nicholasville

It was okay, but not good. I got mozzarella cheese skewers and they were very greasy and not crisp on the outside. It seemed like they were put in when the oil wasn?t hot enough, and they had to cook them to death to get them brown. On the plus side,the workers were very pleasant, polite, and efficient. I?ll give this Fazoli?s another try just because of the good workersthere. Surely they just had a bad fried cheese day.

Slowest restaurant I?ve ever been to. Been in line at drive thru for 30 minutes. Then told to pull up and wait, I literally ordered spaghetti with meat sauce. So I?m sitting here looking in the window at the absolute empty dining room (seriously, don?tsee 1 person in there eating) how ridiculous.

Chad did an exceptional job making sure that I had what I needed and offered a kind and friendly attitude. The breadsticks were great, the pizza and meatballs were amazing, and the customer service was awesome. I will be back.

Your employee breven was a very wonderful people he was amazing as soon as i walked in i was greeted and he came to my table multiple times throughout my meal and checked up on me you don’t find that a lot anymore and i really appreciate it !!
