Marina Grill - Niceville

This place changed over to Romi's Brew BBQ. The food was pretty awful. My friend had the pork ribs and I had beef ribs. We went around 6 pm. The meats were dry, stringy, and burnt. There was no real flavor except burnt meat. The plastic bottle of BBQ sauce on the table had no complexity. It could have come from bottle. The service was fine but we won't be going back. The food was not worth it.

Ordered two pizzas and told they 'd be ready in 20 minutes. We showed up 30 minutes later only to be told our order hadn 't even been started yet. We left and came back another 30 minutes later and it was ready. We half-jokingly asked if we could get a discount for being told 20 minutes then waiting an hour, and she curtly says it hasn 't been an hour then checks the receipt, then the clock, then looks away sheepishly. I could get past a hiccup like that if the pizza was good, but it was terrible. Two mediums for $35 and the crust was so thin that it should 've been called flatbread appetizers instead of pizza. The toppings themselves on the other hand were HUGE, rough-cut chunks of ham and pineapple, which all immediately fell off the paper thin pizza as soon as you pick it up. There 's not many choices in Nice/Lucerne, but avoid if you can.

Do not eat here. My only positive comment is that we didn't get food poisoning. The staff were nice and friendly, but whomever is cooking needs some basic lessons. Hard, rubber chicken sandwich and a rubber omelet with un-fresh ingredients is just bad. Look around or keep driving.

Great service. Friendly staff. Good old fashioned grilled food. A bit greasy, but for some people, that's what they like. Didn't settle well with me, but it tasted great. A bit on the expensive side for what you get. I like Judy's in Upper Lake a bit more.

Horrible restaurant. I have tried to eat here multiple times. The food is plain, cold or burnt. This place is full of snotty stuck up employees, and the last time I ate here will be the last. I had the boaters burger (which I heard was amazing). I asked for my meat medium rare and my burger came out well done. My server was very rude, a tall blonde chubby female who I think was named Michaela, she was very inattentive and reluctant to take the burger off my bill even though I didn't touch it, and I could hear her talking trash to her co workers about me, my boyfriend and his children (mind you we were the only customers in the place). The server was constantly looking at her phone by the front entrance, and didn't care about my step sons allergy to gluten until the bill came then apologized that they couldn't easily accommodate his needs. Then when we tipped her very low, she glared at us as we walked out the door. AVOID THIS EXCUSE FOR A RESTAURANT!!!!!!!
