I go there regularly! This last time it was very fresh very good. It is true that sometimes quality decreases. Not this time. We'll need more regularity! So the soup is often lukewarm. The sake is really not good (read further). This day the sashimi were very fresh and perfect at the best possible price: at two the wooden bridge formula with accompaniment is 40€. No one can do better. Bravo. The sake! At service it is always necessary to ask whether the customer wishes it warm or not. If hot in principle it is the poor warm quality is the most common.
