U Need A Pita Chop House

This message is for Andrew, as I can't send a private message to someone who has reviewed the restaurant. About a month ago, I ordered a 9-inch wrap, but what I received was only the size of a fist. When I inquired about it, I mentioned that I never ordered the smaller size, so I didn’t understand why I received this. The person on the phone claimed that was the only size available, yet the website and my order clearly indicated I had ordered a 9-inch wrap. I ended up getting a refund through the third-party app I used to place the order. I then took that money and went to a Middle Eastern restaurant, where I ordered a 12-inch wrap that was, in fact, a full 12 inches. Thank you, Andrew, for sharing your picture and highlighting the discrepancy between what you order and what you actually receive. I wish I still had my photos from that experience, but I deleted them as soon as I received my refund from the app.

I absolutely love U Need Pita! Their True Canadian burger is a real treat, and it's just one of the many delicious options they offer. The pitas and poutine are amazing as well. The food is enjoyable, but the fries can occasionally be too salty. The prices are quite high, especially considering the portion sizes are relatively small. However, the service is consistently good.

Apparently to them the customer is always wrong.Upon relating my concern that to the manager that my pita was 6 when I clearly ordered a 9 . He suggest that I was mistaken. I told him I had a picture with a measure tape and he still told me I was wrong. This is the worst service I have ever had.It is a shame this bad experience overshadowed the meal. I also got the large poutine full loaded and it was amazing.
