Tim Hortons - Niagara Falls

We had to wait for our dinner at the exit and got really burned bagels. 2 of 3 of our bagels were very burned and gave us the wrong reception. Did they know there was a offer when they complete the question? We didn't. we never get the reception. we had to ask for one. food: 1/5

Almost certain everyone at this location hates there job ordered what i usually do 1 cream 2 sugar bacon biscuit and a hashbrown first, aint nobody in this place can afford to smile and teamwork seems nonexistent waited about 10 minutes for my order and tbh no big deal they were a lil busy then the lady brings my order up and say breakfast sandwich and hashbrown i say what kind of breakfast sandwich she replies again breakfast sandwich and hashbrown so i repeat my question then she yells THE ONLY BREAKFAST SANDWICH ON MY SCREEN so i say out loud EVERYBODY MUST %ING HATE THERE JOB HERE and i leave so i guess the only question left is the owner operator a piece of sh!t and not pay their workers enough if i could put 0 stars i would

The slowest tim hortons on the planet, i waited 10 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars ahead of me before i finally decided to walk in. Then I waited another 10 minutes inside with only 2 guys ahead of me, i ordered the chili but then I was told it wasnt available. Neither were half the donuts in the display case, 5 people working the drive thru but only one at the counter and she was overwelmed. Glenda was yelling at customers and displayed a very negative attitude she was simply to old for that job and was in full panic mode. Ive been there 3 times and all 3 visits were dissapointing.

Ordered the steak and egg this morning, worst breakfast I've had EVER! Cold steak warm egg and a biscuit that was so dry it fell apart in my hand. Terrible!

Always the usual selections. You can't expect a whole lot of variety when going to Tim's. The food was prepared well. The staff are friendly and courteous. The place is tidy inside and out. A good location to stop at when on the go
