Subway - Niagara Falls

Sub par experience, asked for a roasted sub, was more like a drying brot sandwich! fresh baked, very doubt it at this place. asked to have stuffed with veggies, was rejected! will not be back and subway seems just getting worse, money for the product, instead of advertising usless advertising. try them to eat a few regular Joe stars in their promotional spots, with real food!

Trust me, this is one of the best subways I've ever got. great taste and service, even though I saw that the people came to use their washing rooms of nearby mcd (which is not fair) and the staff never stopped each of them.

Disgusting. bad customer service. accuses us of stealing drinks and not understanding the situation. complete wreck and new employees need.

Location next to a weed shop is not appealing. Ordered online and given a 25 minutes window. Likely was ready in ten as the place was not busy. As a result the sub sweated in its wrapper too long and ended up a soggy mess. Employee could barely muster a grunt in serving me in an empty store. The Dr Pepper from the machine has to be the worst flat pop I've ever drank. Would not frequent this location ever again with an online order.
