Taking a look at some of the previous reviews, I was surprised to see such negative comments.

The worst service ever. While chatting to my sister as we waited eleventy billion years, I asked her why Starbucks is so popular and a server (hesitate to elevate them to 'barista') actually butted in and said "Our professional service." Really?! *THAT* was professional?! I felt sorry for the children in front of us who just seemed to be ignored and were still waiting despite having been waiting before us for ages longer. Drinks came so far apart that the first had cooled before the final one arrived. Giving one star because I can't award zero.

Was convenient to grab a cup of coffee while check in/out of the hotel. My order was messed up but quickly fixed.
