Paris Crêpes Café - Niagara Falls

I had an excellent experience with the gluten-free crepes, especially the savory options! The decor is delightful, giving off a charming French café vibe—so unique! The only downside was the staffing; the tables were piled with dirty dishes, and there was a line at the door, causing some people to leave. The staff seemed overworked and overwhelmed, and only one woman was friendly. They could really benefit from having someone dedicated to seating guests and clearing tables.

I'm not quite sure how it happened, but I ended up being affected by gluten contamination at this restaurant. It could have been due to the cookware used for the ratatouille instead of the crepe dish, but I'm not certain. The staff seemed to understand the seriousness of gluten allergies and communicated well about it, yet something obviously went wrong. The food was delicious, at least, before the symptoms began to appear halfway through my meal.

I ordered a savory crepe, and it was delicious and gluten-free. All of their savory crepes are made with buckwheat flour, making them naturally gluten-free.
