Boston Pizza Niagara Falls

We went here for dinner last night.Terrible experience.We arrived at 6 pm.We were told it would be 30 minute wait.I didnt have my phone so I told the staff at the desk ,Id be sitting just around the corner on a bench in Americana.45 minutes went by still no table.I went back to check and eas asked for my phone number again by a different staff.I explained ,again I didnt have a phone.Finally about 15 minutes later ,we were seated at our table.We got drinks and placed our order,we noticed alot of people that arrived after us were getting their food first,large parties as I guess there was a hockey tournament going on.Our waiter came bacj to the table and said the food wiuldnt be too long.About a half hour later he explained that there must of been a mix up in the kitchen,apologized and did give us a free drink.Another20 minutes later,our food finally arrived this was about 2 hours from when we arrived.If I hadnt of ordered,I wouldve walked out.Probably wont return.

Terrible service.We got our table and no one came to take drink orders, then someone came to take food order after waiting 15 mins. They brought the wrong food and seemed super inconvenienced that they brought the wrong food. Waited 15 minutes for them to bring cutlery and my sons cookie.. then another 15 mins for the bill and boxes. The prices on the bill were more than what the menu pricing reflected. Super bummed because we were looking forward to coming here in our trip, and it was a bummer.

We ordered a Deluxe large pizza $35. Came half hour later and honestly pizza dough was not cooked. How do you mess up a pizza at Boston pizza. Server was polite and friendly and agreed pizza was not cooked. Not sure if this is one off, but definitely not coming back.

Food was absolutely amazing! Our order got mixed up, but the staff truly made up for the easy mistake!Only downside was that the AC or a pipe was leaking on our table guestKid-friendliness: They group families with kids in the same area, so guests without kids can sit elsewhere

We always have a pleasant experience when dining here. Excellent food.
