Blue Lagoon - Niagara Falls

Last Wednesday night, karaoke was fantastic. This restaurant has been a long-standing favorite and it was great to return. Singing a few songs was an added bonus. Enjoy!

I just went to this place for my second time ever to sing karaoke because my friend was running it. The karaoke set up sounded amazing. Unfortunately I left after ten minutes and I will never be coming back because I ordered a water and immediately got chastised by the server, Samantha, for not ordering an alcoholic beverage. I work as a server in a winery and this establishment clearly has no idea what decent customer service is.

Friendly customer service and owner is nice and friendly always making me feel welcome

We just walked in and walked out. It was not what we were expecting. We drive a mini van and the parking had only trucks. We felt that we don't fit in. There was also a sign on the bar that they do not accept credit or debit cards.

It’s such a good bar to be in. You’ll find same faces come everyday, the people share good rapport with each other. Drinks are cheaper, they serve fried foods too. The staff work here pride their job and seem very happy serving. Recommend this place to stop by for a drink
