However, we had a disappointing experience when we tried the prime rib steak during dinner. I have to be honest, it was the worst meat I have ever tasted. The French onion soup was dry and flavorless.
The meal was embarassing. We all ordered the prime rib medium rare and it came out well done for all three of us. We sent it back to get a better temp, and when the second round came out it was closer to the order, but 2 of the 3 prime ribs came out cold. The sides were undercooked vegetables. The server was nice, not his fault, but offering us dessert as compensation for a 50 dollar prime rib that was one of the worst meals of my life is a bit of a slap in the face. They ended up giving us 20% off but I could not ever recommend going to this place to anyone. Just go to the Keg.
Ordered a Caesar wrap and nachos with chicken. Worst wrap or nachos I’ve ever eaten. Cheese on nachos looked and tasted like they were still raw. Chicken tasted like rubber. Really expensive and not worth the price at all. Paid almost $60 for 2 items.
I visited the restaurant with my family and had a great experience thanks to DASHA, who took care of our order. She made us feel very welcome and it's one of the reasons I would love to come back. The food, especially the pizza, was delicious. They also have good options for vegetarians and those who only eat Halal, including seafood.
I've never seen a place mess up a simple breakfast. We had bacon, eggs, and pancakes. The eggs were over cooked and rubbery, the bacon was burnt and so was the toast. My son ate three bites of his pancakes and was no longer interested. If you can't cook an egg, you should find a new job. We were seated at a table beside a noisy buzzing fridge when the place was empty. I would never eat here again, everything ended up in the garbage. The waitress was pleasant.
