Dunkin' - Niagara Falls

Place was busy, disorganized and staff just did not care. Entered my order on the digital pad, staff member casually set my order to served and went behind the donut shelf with his phone. Donuts were dense and dry too, stale. Really disappointing for a chain that prides itself on coffee and donuts.

The staffs are not helpful, they don’t respond properly. I left the place when I saw bees on the donut. Do not recommend this place at all.

Overall your average Dunkin Donuts. Quick, clean, and friendly.

For my grandson doughnut ? is favourite and one can enjoy their quality and clean.

Flies and bees were everywhere on the food. Drink needed tons of sugar to be close to what i was used to. A customer ordered a sandwich and her cheese was not melted at all. They advised the customer that she can go to her room and heat it herself. Highly unprofessional!
