Chili's Grill - Niagara Falls

This was my first time doordashing or even trying chilis. Let me just say I was amazed, came super fast, everything that i ordered was correct, packaged nicely, food was hot and fresh. IT WAS DELICIOUS, if your thinking about trying chilis i highly recommend the honey-chipotle chicken crispers and their new white cheddar mac and cheese.

The classic nachos were so badly burned with so little meat and cheese that it was just gross to eat. The beef and ranch quesadillas were the exact same way, with no "beef and ranch" flavor whatsoever. Ended up eating the chips and salsa for dinner.

Its absolutely horrible. I got the fajitas, it was super cold, the pepper and onions were peppers only. the mashed potatoes, which were way overpriced, were a solid clump, and the guacamole was brown. and the rice wasnt even cooked through, it was hard. I was not happy with this meal at all.

Very carefully and deceptively titled/pictures item: House BBQ Full Order Ribs TLDR: I just got 2 and spent 70 bucks for the equivalent amount of food of a single full rack of ribs and some fries and rice and small salad. Chillis just torched my business forever. Ive been to myriad different Chillis around the country many times in my life, albeit not recently. I assumed these were the full rack of baby back ribs Ive loved in the past. Theyre not. These arent baby back ribs at all. That item isnt anywhere on the menu. It appears blatantly purposeful and manipulative to me that theyre listed as an ambiguous and legally undefinable full "order" because this is obviously about half the meat of any full RACK (standard unit of meaurement for ribs since before anyone working for Chillis was even born) Ive ever had at a Chillis or any other restaurant before in my life. The picture of the item even has it plated to present like a full rack would be, with a rack being cut into two portions which have to be overlapped quite a great deal in order to fit onto a single serving plate. But this products image seems very obviously meant to deceive about the quantity actually being purchased, especially if you dont expand the image and examine it closely. (Like way zoomed in with your face practically pressed against your device) What you see in that picture is all of it, the portion on the bottom of the stack doesnt extend at all beneath the top portion. Literally what is fully and completely visible in the image is equivalent to the entire portion size, unlike any other presentation of ribs on a plate Ive ever seen in my decades of eating at restaurants. They would readily fit in the roughly 8-in square delivery box without needing to be cut. Why cut them then? You guys know what you did. This is lousy food and its way overpriced. Boo Chillis. Youre now my least favorite place to get robbed. Thoroughly disappointed.

Something is definitely different with the ribs. I got the full rack like always. They was formed in a perfect square shape and it was obvious that after they was cooked they was trimmed off both ends They wasnt fully cooked the bones wasnt even warm. But they was tender and meaty but know grilled taste to them. They mightve been microwaved for all I know. Next time Ill think twice before dropping $30+ bucks on them again
