T T Supper Club - Niagara

A great place to go and have a drink or two before dinner. All patrons are first seated at the bar where drinks good and iced shrimp is sold 6 lg for $5. A friendly waiter takes your order at the bar and off you go into the dining room for one of many fine meat-entre selections. Not much here for the veggie-minded but great for the carnivore!

Waited almost 2 hours to be seated. We're told it would be a short wait when we arrived and only place to sit was bar. Many open tables as we waited, never saw the dining room fill up. Ploy to get you to spend money at the bar(s). Will NEVER return. Too bad because the food is always very good.

There was no apology or discount offered—only a lackluster statement that they had never seen this situation before. In the end, we were presented with an $80 bill for two people, which was simply unacceptable. This was an unfortunate way to run a business, especially for a special occasion. I can say with confidence that neither my family nor my friends will ever dine at this restaurant again. It’s truly disappointing.

I wrote a review back in 2014 saying I would never come back due to the required wait in the bar. However, since the new ownership took over, everything has transformed. We always arrive early now, and we can be seated immediately. The food is just as delicious, if not better, than it used to be. The shrimp appetizers and after-dinner drinks are absolutely amazing!

I had to wait more than an hour and a half for my meal. The prime rib was mostly fat and lacked flavor. The knives were dull, making it hard to cut my steak. Overall, everything was quite bland.
