Tons of seating for large groups or laptop work with coffee or whole foods hot meal. Hidden a bit inside Whole Foods on the far end past the wine.
Went once, coffee okay. Tried 4 more times on different days and times and Always temporarily closed. Would be good to have a sign with time they’ll be back or have coverage.
On a Thursday morning, most of the many registers were closed, with only two open for full carts (not express). Customers waiting to check out at those two registers were backed up halfway down the merchandise aisles. This is customer service?? Before Amazon took over, Whole Foods had the fastest, friendliest checkouts in the Delaware Valley. We hardly ever waited to check out. Just went right up to an available register, of which there were many open.. If they don't have enough check out clerks, for heaven's sake, install self checkouts so the customers don't have to wait so long in lines!!
I recently went to this Whole Foods for pecan raisin bread. The price was $8 for a loaf and if that wasn’t bad enough but you must “diy” if you want it sliced? The grocery clerk insisted it was “so easy”. Are you seriously asking me to use your commercial slicer with no experience? How bad must corporate customer service become at these stores?
This is the 4th Sunday I have gone to Whole Foods in Newtown Square and have waited a good 10 minutes in line at register (not express line). They had 2 registers open for customers that had their shopping carts full. Hence the amount of time for each customer checking out takes longer. There were 4 people in front of me with full carts and the lines had 6 people in each and standing 6 feet apart we ended up at back of store waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. So disappointed in this Whole Foods in last 6 months. Customer service was no help . Going to go to Moms Organic from now on in Rosemont, at least they monitor the lines.
