Primo Hoagies - Newtown

In the past two years, they've reduced the amount of meat in their sandwiches. It's still a good hoagie, but they've skimped on the meat.

The Diablo-Hoagies are not too spicy, but add a lot of taste to the sandwich.

Terrible experience?and my 1st time at this location. Ordered online (so there wouldn?t be any mistakes..simply click the boxes)..I ordered and it told me 1hr before I could pickup. When I got there it wasn?t done?told in a minute, once they found the order. 20min later it wasn?t done? 20min after that I get my order, no apology..I still gave the kids 20% figuring it was busy..food was wrong and looked like $h.. went to their Twitter, instructed to go to the website and submit feedback..I figured the owner would want to know?got no answer..went back to Twitter, and 3days later they asked if I left feedback on the website?gave up??. Love many of the others?this was just the one in Newtown.

My first and last time I tried this place, the customer service is terrible, I came today at 6:00 a.m. a meatball sandwich the young big lady in the register had an attitude. I asked a recommendation as it was my first time trying to help Primos hoagie her get angry instead. No way back

Great sandwich. Always consistent results from the order there. I personally love the sharp Italian, the sharp prov makes the sandwich pop. I never had a bad hoagie of primos. I just wish they had chicken nuggets or coffins so I could get something for the kids. Just say:
