Newtown Pizza

This restaurant has the best pizza in town. The owner is wonderful and the establishment is a fantastic example of a small-town, family-owned business. Blessings to them!

The best New York style pizza in the county can be found at Newton Pizza. Although the owner is Greek, he certainly knows how to make superb pizza. The baked ziti and meatball subs are also delicious, with great meatballs and no filler. The owner and staff are friendly, courteous, and hardworking. The prices are fair. After trying most of the other pizza places in the area, this is the only place I will get my pizza from. Other establishments in the area fall short on quality compared to Newton Pizza.

The older gentleman that works the counter (not sure if it 's the owner) hates gay people. He was talking to the customer before me about how they need to stop teaching gayness in schools. He then tried to continue the conversation with me, assuming everyone would agree with him. When informed him my daughter was gay, he turned white as a ghost. I get it. It 's their place of business, and they can think whatever they want. I can also do the same. Hence this review.

Basic pizza, definitely not my first choice for pizza takeout, feel like many other local places have better quality tasting pizza for the same price.
