Jake's Eatery Newtown

I wouldn't recommend the Eggs Benedict. As for the coffee, well... let's just say the place was quite popular with locals at 7 AM on a Friday. This might be a spot that’s better suited to their tastes, as the locals seemed happy with it. Maybe it just wasn't for me. However, I have to give a shoutout to the waitstaff—their service was excellent and very professional. They deserve a five-star rating. Unfortunately, the kitchen is where my experience fell short.

We end up here for a quick, predictable lunch. You know what you're going to get! It's good diner food. The place is clean but plain on the inside. They seem to have similar staffing issues to other places so the service can be a little slow depending on the day. Parking: Lot isn't huge but you'll find something during off peak hours. Won't have to go far to find something when the main lot is busy.

Great restaurant with friendly staff. The food is delicious, but the portions are a bit on the smaller side.

Food is really good at a great price. Service is friendly, and the servers stay on top of coffee refills.
