Contribuiți la feedbackI’m giving this restaurant just one star because they really need to pay attention to customer feedback. The customer service here is extremely poor. The staff are unprofessional and lack proper training. After I placed my order, one of the employees rudely dismissed me when I asked to speak with a manager. As soon as they saw I had a camera, they decided to begin recording me instead. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment and suggest finding somewhere else to dine.
The service was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise given that the staff seemed to be quite short-handed. While the prices were on the higher side, they felt justified. The food was exactly what you’d expect from a McDonald's. As for parking, there was ample space available in the restaurant area, and it was easily accessible. They also have ramps and designated parking spots for wheelchair users.
Simply put, when the staff member saw us leaving and went to the back of the restaurant, we had to wait over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. I'm really disappointed that we had to experience that!
Stopped at the McDonald's on 95 south in Massachusetts to grab a bite to eat. Food came out mildly warm but at that point I was hungry anyway. The standards at McDonald's are going downhill fast. Rarely do you get any customer service or hot food.
Dirty. Tables not cleaned. Floors not swept which really made me more aware of the ordering kiosks not being cleaned and such. I took my dad there. I didn't eat. He did. I felt like I failed him by bringing him to McDonald's. Let alone this unkempt one
