Ellana's Kitchen More - Newton

The Venezuelan Sampler is where it's at! I couldn’t decide on what I wanted so that was perfect. The meat is a little salty but it was actually balanced out nicely by the sweetness of the patacon and cachapa. I also really liked the textures of the empanada and the arepa.

Since working around Newton for the last 5 years, finding having a place like Ellanas nearby is like hitting the jackpot. Their food is so fresh and reliably excellent. Even better than that is their staff! These people really treat you like family and are so accommodating and kind. I cannot rave about this place to people enough. Thanks Ellanas for being so awesome!

The pabellón arepa is absolutely delicious! The service is very attentive and helpful, and they offer some special dishes as well. I came specifically for the arepas, and they did not disappoint. They also have empanadas, and the portion of ingredients inside the arepa is quite generous. The restaurant is located in a great spot with metered parking available behind the building. I can’t wait to return and try more items from the menu!

Stopped for a quick lunch today and was fully satisfied with the food. Our favorite was white fish empanadas! It was delish and Pocket friendly. We also tried beef arepas and cachapas. Overall liked the place, will try it again. Limited seating capacity, if you are going with a big group, I would suggest to call ahead.

This place is a true hidden gem! The arepas are incredible, and you can really taste the love that goes into everything they make. There are so many dishes I want to try. Don't miss out on the fresh juices—try the guava or mango for sure! The Arepa Pabellón is absolutely delicious, and I also had the Arepa Reina Pepiada. Each one comes with a choice of hot or mild sauce, which is a fantastic addition to any sandwich. It felt like I was dining in someone's home, as everyone there was so kind and welcoming!
