Contribuiți la feedbackI had a fantastic business dinner at this restaurant on 15th November 2022. The menu was well-balanced and the wine pairings were of good quality. The midweek special of 3 courses for £55 per person was a great deal. I ordered the almond crusted salmon, which was delicious. Adam, a young man who works there, recommended a crisp and cold Chardonnay to go with it, and it was a perfect match. I later found out that Adam is the son of James, the talented owner and head chef. We will definitely be returning just before Christmas to try their festive menu, which I'm sure will be excellent.
I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant with top-notch chefs and servers. Jimmy, the owner and head chef, was outstanding. I tried the lobster in clam volute and it was incredibly creamy. Adam, the Maitre d, was fantastic and very knowledgeable about wine pairings. I have already made a reservation for early August and highly recommend this restaurant.
The Belfast Telegraph has reported that the Hotel is closed, but their website is still active. Sadly, individuals who had weddings scheduled at the hotel have lost their deposits.
Stopped in for lunch , we had a table overlooking the Lough and though it was very quiet we had a beautiful lunch of a prawn open sandwich. Fresh and simply delicious and very reasonably priced .
Had a lovely late lunch here with my partner. Shared the hot wings to start. I had the chicken stir fry and my partner had the pasta carbonara. Could not fault the food or service. The restaurant was very quiet but we found our waitress to be very attentive.
