Ordered 2 sandwiches one of which was an entirely different one than I ordered when I called to get my refund the woman on the phone said oh you can fix through the appAfter I already explained that the app terms said I have to contact the actual store its self for my refund and then she hung upI called again and tried to get a hold of a manager and she just told there won't be one until 5 at night

The two male staff members that work tonight was very rude and disrespectful found hair in my food and both of my sandwiches was Rong and they double charged my card will never go there

Showed up at 8:40 20 minutes before closing and then had already locked the doors and refused to open.

Both Google, and the app says this store closes at 10 pm daily. I placed an order thru the app and watched it progress before leaving to go to the store. I arrive at the store at 9:40(keep that time in mind) and walk in to the restaurant where the sandwich maker tell me they close at 9 o'clock. On top if that I was told my money wouldn't be refunded until tomorrow. Then I was given the runaround when ask if there was someone I could contact. Definitely took my last so no dinner tonight

I went here one day the guy that waited on me didn't look to clean,he had his mask just over his mouth it kept falling down and he kept pulling it up and the mask it self look dirty I threw the sub awayAfter thinking about it,I will never order any thing from here again,if you are wearing a mask it does no good to just put it over your mouth,it goes over the nose and mouth.?
