I ordered two americanos to take away, and they were way too hot. Even though the cups were double-layered, neither my wife nor I could hold them for more than a few seconds because they were scalding. By the time they cooled down enough to drink, the flavor had completely disappeared and honestly tasted like a single shot of espresso divided between the two cups. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re just looking for a regular cup of coffee or an americano.

I ordered a latte, and it was terrible. It tasted nothing like coffee—just milk with no flavor and no foam. I'm really disappointed because coffee in California isn't cheap. If I'm paying $6 for a drink, I expect quality coffee and a skilled barista. Food rating: 1/5.

We visited this charming coffee shop while taking a scenic drive down to Dana Point. The staff were warm and personable. I highly recommend trying the matcha with maple cinnamon—it’s fantastic!
