Shorebird - Newport Beach

I've been to shorebird and never disappointed. eating is always great, very high quality and cheap for the opposite. the atmosphere offers something for everyone: families, couples and singles, which all fit here and it is great mood on the water. very chic place, but not sniffing in the smallest. the males and employees are all fun and engagement. every time I go there, I hear someone who fills the drink of the bartender, eating the kitchen or the service of the staff. After the first time I met her, they remembered my name and drink. at several locations when I pulled out my chair before I even sit down, they have a beer in front of me. joey and there are very attentive and very attentive for every customer, despite the administration of a busy bar, the handmade cocktails from the entire restaurant. if eating was not good (but it is phenomenal) I would return only for the experience they offer. in many places I could only relax after a long day, but joey and dan have always left me laughing and joyful and offer a very positive experience. it's really good. 15/10 recommend.

Shorebird is a great spot for a date night. The atmosphere is really nice (especially if you get a view of the marina). We ordered a couple of local drafts, margaritas, oysters, sushi and the salmon filet. Hands down the food was amazing. I’m giving this four stars because there needs to be a little bit of subjectivity when it comes to reviewing places. I had really felt that the service could have been a bit better. There was a couple sitting at a table in front of us that appeared to be receiving much better service than the rest of the patrons in the restaurant (including ourselves). When they were served their food, the server waiting for them to take a bite of each dish to ensure it was to their liking. This server was also our server. They were also checked on frequently, where at times it took some time for them to take notice and check on us or other patrons. I don’t know where the bias derived from when it came to the service and the customers in which were very obviously receiving top notch service in comparison to others but, when I go somewhere, I’d like to think that service provided should be equal and similar. Other than that, everything was excellent!

I stopped in last night and sat at the bar. The atmosphere and music were really nice (good date spot). The service from the bartender was on point and every dish and drink was delicious.Would definitely recommend this spot

Excellent service, amazing ambiance and fabulous food and cocktails! Ask for Arturo on the patio. Epic views too! Highly recommend, excited to come back next visit!!
