Java City Bakery Cafe - Newport Beach

I like to support local businesses, so I visited this charming little café with a friend who lives nearby. It serves organic coffee along with a selection of pastries, bagels, and other goodies. The coffee was excellent! My friend tried the California Breakfast Bagel while I opted for the breakfast burrito. During our visit, the café was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We found a cozy corner table with a great view, and it was nice to see the locals coming and going. If you prefer sitting outside, there are covered terrace seats available as well.

Amazing customer service. The gentleman who helped me was nice! You make the B-E-S-T BLTA EVER! Seriously... the best! The bacon was perfectly cooked! The avocado was perfect! And the sourdough bread was delicious! I'll be DEFINITELY back!

The service was outstanding! We ordered the best club sandwich I've ever had. Raul made a point to check in and ensure we had everything we needed. He even gave my kids a cookie, which was a nice touch. I truly appreciate great customer service and attention to detail.

It is a very picturesque local coffee shop. You feel in your neighborhood. You have an excellent coffee. The most important thing they have is their croissant. If you want to have almond croissants, this is the best place I found in our area that it offers. You also have great breakfast Burritos and the staff are very friendly so that you feel that you are home.

This was my first time going to Java Bakery Cafe, but it won't be my last. I indulged in their Cinnamon Roll Latte, which I thoroughly enjoyed. I had their Russian Tea Cake too since you don't find those everywhere. It was a gorgeous, warm day for their outside seating. There is some indoor seating as well, if that's your preference.
