Pizza Hut - Newport

The last 4 times? 2 dine in. Two take outs. Both take out orders were 40 minutes behind the app time of 15 mins. They had to re cook items. Yeah, I know. Dine in? Forget it. The literally close the dining room on occasion to handle the web and phone orders. The two recent times we got in? They struggle hard. You get your food spread over an hour. Avoid this dumpster fire

The manager copped an attitude and was lazy with the other 2 managers while one girl ran around doing EVERYTHING with no help. There were NO clean dishes/cups available until she grabbed enough to fill our drink orders. Mom and I got plates but Dad had to eat his pizza directly from the hot pan with only a fork. NEVER will we eat there ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Online order I had the opportunity to watch the employee's move about inside the store for 13 minutes before anyone could get to the window to assist me and after 59 minutes I got my cold pizza and just went home.the only reason for the one star was the free plates

Pizza hut pizza has went down no more nice buttery crust , everything tastes frozen nothing fresh, it's tastes like frozen pizza.
