Marina Grille - Newport

This was our first meal since the Kot 19 closure, and Marina Grille created a comfortable and safe atmosphere for our dinner. My dish, the pesto shrimp, was absolutely delicious, and dining by the water on such a lovely evening was a wonderful experience.

Our food took a long 90 minutes to arrive. When it finally did, no one in our group of five found it to be more than just passable. The waitress was very unremarkable and lacking in personality. We wouldn't choose to return.

The food was truly delicious, and our waitress was fantastic! We appreciated the spacious seating due to COVID guidelines. I ordered a margarita ($12), and for that price, I expected it to be strong, but it was quite watered down. It is a bit on the pricey side, but overall, we had a wonderful experience!

Food was fine but nothing special and definitely didn’t justify the price. I guess you are paying for the view. The drinks were incredibly weak and tasteless.

We got engaged the morning before! The staff was great and brought us some complimentary espresso martinis with a ring and heart painted on the top in chocolate syrup haha so sweet and so fun! Very good service and good food.
