Lackey's Smoke House Bbq - Newport

Went there because it was highly rated on TripAdvisor. I don't understand how. This place is a dumpster looking for a match. Should be shut down and closed permanently. Went about 2 weeks ago for the first time. Food was great. Loved the burgers. They were hand pattied. We decided after a week out of state for a funeral and just getting home and not wanting to cook we wld eat again. We called and did a to go order. Husband came home and the burgers weren't pattied real hamb like last time but frozen and made me sick and cldnt eat it. I've never been able to handle frozen patties. I spent over 30 bucks and didn't even get to eat. Called them and no pick up this time so I had to throw it out. Never again
