Bon Mi Street - Newport

Yummy yummy! Somthing unique and so flavorful. The sandwiches were perfectly toasted and unlike anything I've ever tasted before! The boba teas are also perfectly made.

Really disappointing. The Bahn mi duo tasted terrible, lukewarm and the meat did not sit well with me. I love a good bahn mi, and have no issue with pate in the past but this was not a good experience. The bread was tasty and there were plenty of fresh vegetables. The croissant, which was smushed down when I got it, also had lots of spring mix. That 's about all it had a lot of though 2 ounces of turkey and a slice of cheese. That 's it. That 's what they delivered. I should have listened to the employee; I don 't really eat any of this.

Very happy with my lunch. I ordered the tofu and mushroom one, not because I'm vegetarian, just thought it looked the best. For some reason with places like Primanti Bros and banh mis i like sardines and other meats seem lack luster and ok at best. I asked them to go ahead and add the pate. Very enjoyable sandwich. I also tried a boba tea against my wife's opinion that they weren't very good. But she's a burst boba fan and I like the original tapioca pearl boba. I ordered my usual cold thai tea with boba pears(which is what they call original boba). The boba was cooked perfectly in my opinion and delicious. Will definitely go back.

Lackluster service and food was mediocre. Very little protein in my sandwich and the pickled vegetables lacked any flavor. Whole banh mi taste of maggi seasoning.

Great bubble tea. But poor service. There was two people behind the counter when I walked in. and they started walking in the back as soon as they seen me. Before I ordered I wanted to know if they have milk substitutes, as I 'm lactose intolerance. But when I started to ask the question, the girl turned to me cut me off and told me you have to order on the kiosk and walked into the back. I went ahead and ordered, because I had pulled my husband from the other end of the levy to get bubble tea. And I do have pills so I can eat dairy on special occasions.
