Hong Kong Express - Newport

This is the worst and most expensive Chinese takeaway I have ever had. The food was dry and lacking in flavor, and none of the dishes had any sauce, including the curry. I will never order from there again.

I had a fabulous dinner here, the food was delicious and high-quality, and the cold Tiger beer was a nice touch. Whether you dine in or take away, you can't go wrong. I'm very particular about my Chinese restaurants, and this one exceeded my expectations. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.

I placed an order for delivery and it arrived much too quickly. I ordered chicken curry, chicken chow mien, egg fried rice, chips, and curry sauce. The food was absolutely disgusting - it was cold, some of the chicken was undercooked and very chewy. I called to inform them that the food was not satisfactory, and they claimed to have CCTV footage showing them temperature checking the food. They refused to acknowledge that the food was not up to standard. I will never eat from there again.

Picked up a takeaway recently Very bland food Batter on The King Prawn balls was crispy outside but horribly doughy inside Basically uneatable Problem with a takeaway by the time you get it home you are not going to drive back and return it !! Will not be returning for sure

What an absolute rip off. Paid £10 for a dish that no longer is provided with rice (takeaway) and they didn’t even tell me I need to order rice. Totally dissatisfaction do not go there
