Maindee Fish - Newport

Only tried this chippy before the lock came in place and it was nice "I remember that john had this before it was taken over by the new owners. I am regularly close to the arrows club and I spoke with a member about this chippy and he said his really good. So let me and the mrs. thought to try. booom. chips were hit with the best vinegar on the side of the woman. also she ordered cod. boom 'freshly cooked and came in a dearth box. also she asked for madras sauce. The best of all time. I recommend this chippy and also the cleaning is good amazing. my native from now on, is worth a trip from bedws every day.

The food was delicious, but the chips could have been a bit hotter. owner was very friendly and attentive

The Fish and Chips for two at £10 is a deal and easily feed 4. Highly recommend.

One of the best quality chippy in Newport. This is one of my favourite plus it’s halal too. The fish and chips are never too oily unlike some others in Newport and it has an amazing tasting roast chicken

The staff here are friendly and always happy, making for a great night out any day of the week. The affordable prices are an added bonus!
