Harvester Spytty - Newport

Excellent customer service every time! martin goes especially the extra mile! all employees are always very polite and efficient, delicious eating from the cook and super clean restaurant! After I tried my love for the thousand island dressing and the lack of success to find it in shops, martin even gave me some to take home for free!

A few minor issues with the meal.. sauce came late with the steak, treacle pudding had been over-microwaved.. but we didn't even complain (and I can assure you I usually would) because our server Harrison was absolutely AMAZING.. friendly without being over friendly.. Just such a warm, lovely young man. I even told the Manager about him as I was so impressed!!

Good variety in food and salad bar. Tasty too! Customer service was friendly . However, it was really short staffed at a busy time. After two hours, we hadn't received our main. And we had to ask to have our order taken an hour in. I didn't mind as I had nowhere to be afterwards; however if you're looking for a place to eat on a time limit, this maybe isn't the place for you

Went here after a little shopping spree and was a lityle apprehensive due to Covid restrictions. On Entry Excellent Service! Short waiting time and the food was great. All table service but the staff are wonderful. Paul and Michy Cardiff.

Great food very friendly staff. We came here while visiting Newport for a couple of days and was not disappointed. Our server Lewis couldn't do enough for us the chef was excellent too. Much better service than the Harvester back home in the Midlands. Keep up the good work!
