8 of my family and dog, had a 3 course meal on Christmas Eve. The food, along with the staff , was great. Everything was done to make our experience worth remembering. The bar staff, serving staff and kitchen staff were all very accommodating. A lovely time. This was my first meal at the Gate Inn. It will not be my last.

Went for a family birthday meal. Food was excellent and great value for money. Staff were really friendly and helpful, service was great. New owners are lovely. will certainly be coming back

Met the family here today and had a meal which I have to say was outstanding. I had the chip shop platter and my sisters had the hunters chicken.My goodness it was superb and we will definitely be going back.10 out 10 for your chef.
