Hungry Howie's Pizza - Newnan

This review was meant for a different location. In Douglas area. The food is good. They have awesome salads. However, the last couple of times I've eaten the pizzas. They are okay but not as great as they used to be. I'm not sure if it's different peoplemaking the pizzas or maybe they're in training but not the same to me. Again awesome salads and there pizza is good just notgreat I can't speak for the Newnan Location.

Let me start with I have ordered from this location lots of times. However this last experience was not the best. I wanted to feed my family some delicious Hungry Howie?s pizza. So I ordered my food over the phone like I always do at 7:05PM I told theman on the phone that I wanted two pizzas exactly the same. He then confirmed the ordered saying two pizzas and told me 45 mins-1 hour for delivery. Which is totally understandable so no issue there. I check the clock and at this time it showed 8:30PM andstill no pizza or phone call with an update. So I decided to call back up to the location where I got Amanda. She placed me on ahold to go ?check the box? to see if the order went out. After she came back to phone little after 5 mins and informed me thatmy order didn?t go out with the most recent route. Since it was dinner I decided to go pick it up. Upon arrival Amanda assistedme and informed me she made me a fresh ?pizza?. The guy on the phone only put in 1 pizza despite confirming 2. Here at thismoment the frustration really start to sink in. I asked Ms Amanda to just refund me and I would find something else for dinner.She asked for me to give her a chance to make it right as she did not want to have me leave frustrated. After this moment MsAmanda most definitely exceeded me expectations with making it right and I want to make sure that despite all the wrong turns MsAmanda needs to be recognized for customer interaction and solutions to customer dissatisfaction.

Pizza is always good. Wish they had a better system for their drive through, always get stuck behind people waiting for their order to finish cooking while ours is done and sitting in the to go oven.

Pretty darn good if I do say so myself. But I got sick as a dog about a day or two later no clue from what, but this was the only place I ate out at.

Service was great. Pizza is even better!!
