Older woman serving right now in a really bad mood who told me all the muffins are the same when I asked if I could have the two at the front. Looks like she’s having a bad day. If looks could kill.

One of the great customer service store in new market located besides Wendy’s and Troy makes it worth. Most customers know him by name. The speed of service is fast but needs to improve on loud internal communications in front of customers. Had a great time here.

We stopped in for a couple of coffees and Troy was our server. He was most friendly and efficient and was a real treat to interact with.Thanks a lot for a most enjoyable coffee experience.

Took more than 30 minutes to get my order ready because the mobile app doesn't specify they are temporarily out of certain items. They tried offering me a free donut and hash brown for my wait, but I would rather Tim Hortons work better on their mobile ordering system instead.

Superb customer service all the time. Kudos to the whole team in this location.
