McDonald's - Newmarket

The only saving grace to today's visit was Shontelle. It took 26 minutes to get my order. While I was waiting they kept taking the bagels for take out off the tray so every time they would put a bagel on the tray for my order it would be snatched and had to start over again. Coffee was made right away so was cold by the time order was ready - but Shontelle replaced it and kept apologizing profusely and even said if we needed anything to just come to her. Shontelle gets 5 stars but this location, won't be returning if I can help it.

Not a fan of fast food especially if you are trying to stay healthy and live a long life. If you have to eat there the fries are ok but there are a whole of other place to eat that serve better food then McDonald's in general.

Coffee is wonderful , kids meals GREAT! Staff are friendly , serve quickly. Always reliable at McDonalds.

Any time I've been at this location, I have always had a positive experience with the customer service associates and the quality of my purchase.
