Mcdonald's - Newmarket

Me and my boyfriend waited half an hour to receive service at the front counter while everyone ignored us. Once our order was taken we spent another half hour waiting for our food and when we asked about it the food was waiting there and wasn’t bagged. The food ended up being cold and wrong.

So, it's McDonald's and it's supposed to be the same no matter where you go right? Nope... So, breakfast after a wedding. Coffee and an egg McMuffin. McMuffin was fine as was the grease sponge (hash browns), sorry it's my word for them. They were good... But the coffee!! Ah... Both of us are looking at each other thinking that there may be something wrong with our taste buds, but nooo...The worst coffee I have ever had. I mean no amount of sugar and cream is covering that up.. Burnt, weak just nasty.... I have had McDonald's coffee in the past and it has been fine....not this one....

We are from our of province and I have a special diet. I asked the cashier for a suggestion for my beverage and I loved what I got! Thank you for making us feel welcome.Kid-friendliness: My daughter got a squishaml toy that she loved.

Cathy was awesome and showed our group such great support, helping with a few kids who are on the spectrum, to ensure they had a great experience. We will be coming back again because of the customer service we recieved all due to Cathy and her exceptional techniques with the children.Vegetarian options: Cathy helped one of our youth, make a non hamburger hamburger.
