Beijing House - Newham

I ordered food from this restaurant, went inside and saw a rat running around. I asked for a refund but was refused. I will not be returning to this place.

I waited 2.5 hours for my food to be delivered and was very disappointed. I called the restaurant after 1.5 hours and was told they were busy. After 2 hours, I called again and was told the driver was just leaving. After waiting for over 2.5 hours since placing my order, my food finally arrived. It was my son's birthday and we had family over, but the experience was ruined. There was no customer care and not even a simple apology. I spent over £50 and didn't even receive a free bag of prawn crackers. I will never order from this restaurant again.

The food at this restaurant was satisfactory, nothing too extravagant. The portions were a good size, but the food was a bit greasy. The soups, on the other hand, were delicious.

They made a mistake with our order for delivery, refused to come and pick it up and bring the right order to us. Terrible customer service and what they brought wasn't even good. Won't be ordering from them again.

Ordered from here due to good reviews and proximity. Was delivered hot and on time. Good value for money, very tasty food. This is your typical Anglo Chinese take-out food; the classic dishes, done well. Definitely will order from here again :
