Panera Bread - Newfield Hamlet

I don't know if it's true that this location is staffed by toddlers, but the food I have received (or not received) on my last 2 delivery orders would suggest this. Food arrives late, cold, literally missing entire sandwiches from the order. One chicken sandwich was especially egregious, as it lacked chicken. Overpriced to boot, do not recommend.

If picking up always check you order, they often miss an item, but are very quick and nice about fixing it promptly.

Manager is friendly, helpful. Service is usually quick and efficient for either take out or dine in. Sometimes the drive thru is busy so I go in and order on kiosk.Vegetarian options: Order can be customized for about any item.Parking: During peak hours the parking lot can be full (lunch and dinner time)

I normally don't eat here much but I had a gift card. I went for lunch solo and had a lovely experience. The seasonal butternut squash soup was delicious ?The food was yummy and the atmosphere was chill.I'd go again!

We were denied any refills on the charged lemonade with no warning. Everywhere I looked online said they refill if you ask.They filled a 20oz cup to the brim with ice, which put the caffeine content at ~150 mg (less than a Celsius), charged over $4, and refused to refill it even once.
