Mcdonald's - Newcomerstown

This restaurant is one of the few options near my workplace, but it consistently disappoints. The staff in the afternoon seem indifferent and provide poor service. The food is often prepared incorrectly and presented messily, reflecting a terrible attitude from the young employees who seem unwilling to do their job. I've started avoiding going inside due to the attitude and the subpar food I've received. Whenever possible, I try to steer clear of this place. The morning hours are a bit better, but the service is still slow.

During my visit, the night shift employees seemed preoccupied with discussions about pay and even made jokes at the expense of customers in the drive-thru. Additionally, it appeared that the cooks struggled with basic reading skills. I ordered a Big Mac without lettuce, and even though the box clearly indicated no lettuce, it arrived with lettuce on it. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 3/5.

This restaurant is an excellent spot to enjoy a meal. The staff were professional, and the establishment was very clean. It has a nice modern vibe as well. Additionally, there is a small parking area for semi-trucks. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5!
